Meet the husband-and-wife Team Behind H&A Marketing
We’re not here to sell fluff. We’re here to help contractors win more jobs, build stronger brands, and grow with confidence. Our team has worked behind the scenes at fast-growing construction companies — and now we help others do the same, one growth phase at a time.
Keep reading to see how our Construction Growth Plan works — and who’s behind it.
Lean and Mean: How Our Team Actually Works
At H&A Marketing, we run things differently. We’re a lean and mean team — built for speed, efficiency, and real results. No bloated agency, layers of people you have to go through, or wasted time.
Every person on our American-based team is a specialist, not a generalist. That means the work you get is done by experts who move fast, communicate clearly, and actually care about the outcome. We’re organized, we’re focused, and we keep projects moving without the drag you get from big agencies.
“Lean and Mean” isn’t just a phrase — it’s our operating system.
It’s how we stay sharp, efficient, and deliver high-level marketing without the high-level headaches.
Because when you’re trying to grow a construction company, you need a tight, strategic team that hits deadlines, solves problems, and gets it done — every time.
That’s exactly how we’re built.
A Fully U.S.-Based Team (And Why That Matters)
Every member of the H&A Marketing team is based right here in the United States. So no outsourcing, no overseas communication gaps, no waiting days for a response because someone is in a different time zone.
For construction companies, this matters. You need a team that understands your market, your customers, and how business is actually done in the U.S. — from sales cycles and pricing to the way homeowners and commercial clients make decisions.
Being U.S.-based also means:
Faster communication
Clearer expectations
Cultural alignment with your customers
Better quality control
Real-time collaboration when problems or opportunities pop up
You get a team that speaks your language, works your hours, and understands your world. That’s a big part of why our projects stay on track, move fast, and produce results that matter in your market.

Why Our construction Growth Plan Works
Most marketing agencies throw together a few services — a website here, some ads there — and call it a day. The problem? None of it connects. There’s no real strategy, no clear path to growth, and no one taking ownership of results.
That’s where our Growth Plan is different.
We don’t sell one-off services. We build and manage a complete system — a strategy that grows with your business, phase by phase. From building a rock-solid foundation to launching campaigns and scaling performance, we handle it all under one roof, with a team that actually understands construction.
More importantly, you’re not dealing with some faceless agency. You’re partnering with a husband-and-wife team of American-based marketers who’ve built businesses themselves, led high-level marketing teams, and know exactly what it takes to get a company off the ground and into long-term growth.
